The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued, on 20 July 2022, a Decision No. S1 2 K 042903 22 Krn 4, granting the Motion of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH dated 20 July 2022, and terminated custody of the suspect Dragan Šojić ordered under the Court’s Decision, No. S1 2 K 042903 22 Kv of 28 May 2022.

In addition, the following prohibitive measures were imposed on the suspect:

• Ban on leaving the place of residence and a travel ban under Article 126(1) and (2) of the CPC BiH;
• Mandatory reporting to the state authority under Article 126.a (2) d) of the CPC BiH;
• Prohibition from meeting with certain persons under Article 126.a (1) c) of the CPC BiH.

Dragan Šojić has been suspected of commission of the criminal offense of Abuse of Office or Official Authority under Article 220(3) in connection with Paragraph 1 of the CC BiH and the criminal offense of Embezzlement in Office under Article 221(3) in connection with Paragraph 1 of the same Code.
