On 8 February 2023 the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued a Decision granting the Prosecutor’s Motion dated 8 February 2023, and terminated custody of the suspect Mustafa Vrabac, which was previously ordered by Court’s Decision of 11 January 2023.
The following restrictive measures were imposed on the suspect:
- mandatory periodical reporting to the state body referred to in Article 126.a(1)d) CPC BiH;
- ban on visiting particular places or areas referred to in Article 126.a(1)b) CPC BiH – for the purpose of implementing the measure forbidding the suspect from visiting the buildings or premises of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina;
- ban on meeting with particular individuals referred to in Article 126.a(1)c) CPC BiH.
Pursuant to Article 126.b(3) CPC BiH, the suspect has been warned that he may be remanded if he violates the obligations imposed by this Decision.
Mustafa Vrabac is suspected of the criminal offense of Accepting Reward or Other Forms of Benefit for Trading in Influence under Article 219(1) of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
