On 24 March 2022, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued a Decision in the case of Mišo Miljanić et al. releasing the suspect Rajko Grubač from custody, which was originally ordered by Court of BiH Decision on 2 February 2022, so the suspect should be released immediately.

Mišo Miljanić et al. are suspected of committing the criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CC BiH) as read with the criminal offenses of Illicit Trade in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195 CC BiH and Illicit Trafficking in Arms and Military Equipment and Products of Dual Use under Article 193 CC BiH.
