Custody of suspect Zlatko Ibrišimović terminated

On 23 November 2022, in the case of Zlatko Ibrišimović (S1 2 K 044235 22 Krn), the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina rendered a decision terminating the custody of suspect Zlatko Ibrišimović upon the motion of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina of 23 November 2022, which custody had been ordered under the decision of the Court No. S1 2K 044235 22 Krn of 28 October 2022. The Court imposed the following prohibiting measures on suspect Zlatko Ibrišimović:

  1. Ban on leaving the place of residence under Article 126(1) of the Criminal Procedure Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CPC B-H)
  2. Mandatory occasional reporting to a state body under Article 126.a(1)(d) of the CPC B-H
  3. Travel ban under Article 126(2) of the CPC B-H
  4. Prohibition from meeting certain persons under Article 126.a(1)(c) of the CPC B-H

The imposed prohibiting measures may last as long as they are needed or pending a new decision of the Court. A review of justification of the measures shall be carried out every two (2) months.

Zlatko Ibrišimović is suspected of the commission of the criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250(2) of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CC B-H), as read with the criminal offense of Money Laundering under Article 209(3) of the CC B-H.
