The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina hosted today, 18 December 2023, members of the European Association of Law Students Sarajevo.

Within their visit to the Court of BiH, the students had an opportunity to speak with the representatives of the Legal Department, Witness Support Section and Public Information and Outreach Section of the Court of BiH.

The member of the Association were very interested in the organization of the Court and the trial process, particularly in the activities of the Witness Support Section and the role of legal advisors, namely the manner of support provision to trial panels. They also had an opportunity to see a video-recording of a hearing in a war crime case where a witness with the granted protective measures testified.

The students have expressed their gratitude for a good quality organization of the visit and the useful information obtained on this occasion.
