The plea hearing in the Gojko Janković case, which was scheduled for Monday, 6 March 2006, has been adjourned due to the absence of the accused’s defense attorney. The plea has been re-scheduled for 16 March 2006, starting at 12.00 pm in Courtroom 6.

The indictment charges the accused with crimes against humanity pursuant to Article 172 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The indictment alleges that these offences were perpetrated in the area of Foča between April 1992 and February 1993.
