On 12 December 2006, starting at 09.00am in courtroom 8, the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) and Defence will give their closing arguments before the Court of BiH in the case of Nikola Andrun, who is charged with the criminal offence of War crimes against civilians.

The offences from the indictment were allegedly committed between July and October 1993 in the “Gabela” detention camp (Municipality of Čapljina), where Nikola Andrun is alleged to have performed the duty of the deputy head of camp.
