On Thursday, 14 December 2006, starting at 12.00pm in courtroom 6, the Trial Panel in the case of Nikola Andrun will hand down its verdict. The Accused is charged with War crimes against civilians.

The offences from the indictment were allegedly committed between July and October 1993 in the “Gabela” detention camp (Municipality of Čapljina), where Nikola Andrun is alleged to have performed the duty of the deputy head of camp.  The trial panel in this case held a total of 27 hearings lasting over 58 hours.
