A status conference has been scheduled in the case of Radmilo Vuković, who is charged withWar crimes against civilians, for 14 December 2006 starting at 12.00pm in courtroom 7.

The indictment alleges that in June 1992 in the Municipality of Foča, as a member of the military forces of the so-called Serb Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Accused acted contrary to the rules of International Humanitarian Law and committed breaches of the Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War.  The Accused allegedly physically abused a female person, threatening her life, and took advantage of her unconsciousness to rape her several times.
