Custody terminated for Radomir Kojić

On 27 December 2006 the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina rendered a decision accepting a motion for termination of custody filed by the Defence for the suspect Radomir Kojić. The Suspect was released from custody after submitting his passport, Identification card and diver’s licence in accordance with the Court’s decision.

The Court’s decision imposes on the Suspect restrictive measures which, inter alia, include a prohibition against leaving his place of residence and an obligation to report daily to the Pale Police station.

Radomir Kojić is suspected of committing the criminal offences of Money laundering, Tax and contribution evasion and Abuse of office or official authority, and was held in custody since 25 August 2006 pursuant to decisions of the Court.
