Commencement of the main trial in the case of Aziz Dizdarević and Others, has been scheduled for 9 January 2007 starting at 09.30am in courtroom 7.

The indictment charges:

  • Aziz Dizdarević, Mevludin Tursunović and Dragutin Jovičić with the criminal offence of Smuggling of persons, and
  • Begajet Hasić with the criminal offence of Extortion.
