Commencement of the main trial in the Zoran Bulatović case has been scheduled for 19 January 2007 starting at 10.00am in courtroom 6.

The indictment alleges that on 19 April 2005, the accused registered the Ferocom d.o.o. Laktaši Company with the intent of legalizing other companies’ unlawfully gained moneys totaling 2,356,291.08 KM through the use of the company and its accounts. The accused allegedly made available to these other companies certified blank order forms with a tax exemption statement by Ferocom d.o.o. Laktaši, as well as invoices and bills of lading relating to supposed sales of goods, while taking from them cash for payment and transfer to the accounts of those companies.
