A plea hearing has been scheduled in the case of Milorad Vladić and Another for 1 February 2007, starting at 12.00pm in courtroom 7.

The indictment alleges that Milorad Vladić organised a group of individuals for the purpose of smuggling and distributing goods for which custom duties were not paid.  Petar Bogdanović was allegedly a member of this group.  The indictment further alleges that, in the period between 10 March and 17 November 2006, the Accused, together with three other individuals, smuggled cigarettes from Serbia into BiH.
