On Thursday, 10 May 2007, starting at 12.30pm in courtroom 6, the Court will hand down the first instance verdict in the case of Milan Papić and Others.

The indictment charges the Accused with the following criminal offences:

• The Accused Milan Papić and Dragan Sarić;
  - Organized crime in conjunction with the criminal offence of Customs fraud 
• The Accused Goran Novaković, Milijana Obrenović, Anđelko Jović, Dragomir Majdov and Davor Simić:
  - Organized crime in conjunction with the offence of Abuse of office or official authority
• The Accused Milan Jovanović
  - Forging of official document

The trial panel has held a total of 17 hearings lasting over 61 hour in the course of this trial.
