The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirmed on 16 August 2016 the Indictment under which the Accused Enver Buza is charged with the criminal offense of War Crimes against Civilians in violation of Article 173(1)(c) as read with Article 180(2) of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The Indictment alleges that during the war in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the armed conflict between the Army of BIH and HVO, the Accused Enver Buza, as a superior and in the capacity of a Commander of Independent Battalion Prozor Army of BIH, with substantive and effective control over the members of SB Prozor unit which launched a 14 September 1993 attack against the village of Uzdol, Prozor Municipality, and killed 27 Croat civilians in a cruel and brutal way in the hamlets of Križ, Zelenike and Raiče,  failed to undertake necessary and reasonable measures to punish the perpetrators.
