The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina will Wednesday 21 February 2024, at 1 p.m., in Courtroom 8, pronounce a Trial Judgment in the case of Mato Žarić et al. (S1 2 K 031691 23 K).

The Indictment charges the accused Mato Žarić, Milo Bule, Aleksandar Šukalo, Zoran Manojlović and Drago Malešević with the criminal offense of Abuse of Office or Official Authority under Article 220(3) as read with Paragraph 1, of the CC BiH, all in conjunction with Article 29 CC BiH.
