The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina will pronounce a Trial Judgment in the case of Mile Ujić (S1 1 K 017080 20 Kri) on Thursday, 25 April 2024, at 10 a.m., in Courtroom 9.

According to the Indictment, between late May 1992 and late 1992, in the territory of Rogatica municipality, in the framework of a widespread and systematic attack launched by the Army of Republika Srpska during the war in Bosnia and Herzegovina, by the acts described in the Indictment in great detail, the accused Mile Ujić committed the criminal offense of Crimes against Humanity, in conjunction with the criminal offense of War Crimes against Civilians.
