The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina will pronounce a Trial Judgment in the case of Rade Grujić (S1 1 K 044237 23 Kri) on Thursday, 29 February 2024, at 12:00 hours, in Courtroom 4.

The Indictment charges the accused Rade Grujić with the criminal offense of Crimes against Humanity under Article 172(1)g) of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as read with Article 180(1) of the CC BiH.
