The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina will Tuesday, 5 December 2023, pronounce a Trial Judgment in the case of Selmo Cikotić. Judgment pronouncement has been scheduled for 10 a.m. in Courtroom 6.

According to the Indictment, the accused Selmo Cikotić, in his capacity as an official person in the executive authorities at the institution of BiH, specifically as the BiH Minister of Defense, by abusing his official position, committed the criminal offense of Abuse of Office or Official Position under Article 220(3) of the Criminal Code of BiH (CC BiH) as read with Paragraph 1 of the same Article of the CC BiH, all in conjunction with Article 54 of the Code.
