Ruling on the Prosecutor’s Motion filed in the case of Jovan Jošilo et al. (S1 2 K 041177 21 Krn), having held a hearing on 30 November 2023, concerning the suspect’s arrest and extradition by Croatia, the Court has issued a Decision remanding the suspect Jovan Jošilo in custody, which under the Decision  may last for a maximum of one month, running from the day of arrest, which means until 29 December 2023, or until the Court issues another Decision, all because of the existence of a specific custody ground referred to in Article 132(1)a) CPC BiH, i.e. the flight risk.

The suspect is charged with the criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250(2) and (3) of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in conjunction with the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195(1) CC BiH.
