On 19 February 2024 the Court issued a Decision in the case of Muhamed Hasić (S1 2 K 034669 20 Krn) granting the Prosecutor’s Motion, and remanded the suspect Muhamed Hasić in custody, on the specific custody grounds referred to in Article 132(1)a) CPC BiH, which is a flight risk. According to the Decision, his custody may last for a maximum of one month, running from the day of his arrest, i.e. until 16 March 2024, or until the Court issues a new decision.

The accused Muhamed Hasić is charged with the criminal offense of Organizing a Terrorist Group under Article 202d(2), as read with Paragraph 1, of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, all in conjunction with the criminal offense of Terrorism under Article 201 CC BiH.
