On 22 December 2023 the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirmed the Indictment in the case of Armin Đananović (S1 2 K 041064 23 Ko), which charges the accused Armin Đananović with the criminal offense of Encouraging of Terrorist Activities in Public under Article 202.a as read with Article 202d. CC BiH.

The accused Armin Đananović is charged that between late April 2021 and not later than June 2023, in a state of unaccountability, through the means of public information, distributed and, in other ways, through social networks and platforms, sent out public messages aimed at inciting others to commit the criminal offense of Terrorism under Article 201(1) CC BiH, in the manner that he repeatedly translated texts published in the Arabic into the Bosnian language, published such texts including photographs depicting the killing of captured soldiers, civilians and children, on the mentioned website, in which texts he glorified the Islamic State organized in the territory of Syria and Iraq and terrorist groups of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) operating in the territory of Syria and Iraq, which by its Resolution R-1267 from the year 1999 the UN Security Council classified as terrorist groups and organizations, and also glorified the acts of killing committed by ISIL and the Caliphate, in the territory of Syria and Iraq, and throughout Asia and Africa, thus making them available to the Bosnian public and beyond, with the aim of inciting others in Bosnia and Herzegovina and beyond to commit terrorist activities and the criminal offense of Terrorism under Article 201(1) CC BiH.
