On 17 January 2024 the Court confirmed the Indictment in the case of Ognjen Stupar (S1 2 K 046661 23 Ko) charging the accused Ognjen Stupar with the criminal offense of Fraud in Office under Article 222(2) of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The accused is charged that between 1 February 2022 and 31 August 2023, in his capacity as official person in the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, performing the duties of commander at the BiH Border Police, Airport Banja Luka Unit, aware of his illegal acts but still wanting to obtain ill-gotten gain, he misled official persons at the BiH Border Police by submitting false data and a fictitious contract, and thus received illegal reimbursement for accommodation and separate life in the amount of 10,652.26 BAM, which is the amount of damage he caused to the BiH budget.
