On 23 November 2023 the Court confirmed the Indictment in the case of Sead Kukuljac et al. (S1 2 K 045702 23 Ko) charging the accused Sead Kukuljac and Sead Muslić with the criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250, Paragraphs 1 and 3, of the Criminal Code of BiH, in conjunction with the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195(1) of the Code.

According to the Indictment, between early May 2023 and 20 May 2023, the accused Sead Kukuljac organized and led a group for organized crime, which was organized for the purposes of international sale, transfer and shipment of narcotic drugs from the territory of Montenegro to Bosnia and Herzegovina, which was joined by the accused Sead Muslić, Đ.M. and other persons known to them from the territory of Montenegro and BiH, so that the accused Sead Kukuljac, having arranged for a purchase and delivery of narcotic drugs with persons known to him from Montenegro, and after the drugs has been transported by Đ.M. and other persons known to him to the territory of BiH, specifically the City of Sarajevo, the accused Sead Kukuljac and the accused Sead Muslić took over the shipment in the territory of the City of Sarajevo, with the intent to arrange for its further international sale in the countries of EU and BiH.
