The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued, on 16 June 2023, a decision granting a motion of the BiH Prosecutor's Office of 15 June 2022, terminating custody of the suspect Admir Arnautović and imposing on him the restrictive measures as follows:

- ban on leaving the place of residence;

- travel ban;

- prohibition from meeting with certain persons.

Admir Arnautović has been suspected of the criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250(3) of the CC BiH in connection with the criminal offenses of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195 of the CC BiH, Money Laundering under Article 209(2) and (3) of the CC BiH, Violent Conduct under Article 362 of the CC FBiH and Infliction of Serious Bodily Injury under Article 172 of the CC FBiH.
