A presentation of closing arguments by the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) and Defence in the case of Dragan Damjanović, who is charged with Crimes against humanity, has been scheduled for 12 December 2006, starting at 10.00am in courtroom 5.

The indictment alleges that between July 1992 and January 1993, as a part of widespread and systematic attack of the Republic of Srpska Army against the Bosniak population of the Vogošća Municipality, Dragan Damjanović committed murders, torture, rapes and other inhumane acts.
