Closing arguments of the Prosecution in the case Zdravko Božić et al. have been scheduled for 15 October 2008, starting at 9:00a.m. in courtroom 4. Zdravko Božić, Mladen Blagojević, Željko Zarić and Zoran Živanović are charged with the criminal offence of Crimes against Humanity.

The indictment alleges that, as members of the Military Police of the Bratunac Light Infantry Brigade of the Army of Republika Srpska, in July 1995 the Accused participated in a widespread and systematic attack aimed against the Bosniak civilian population of the Srebrenica enclave, a safe area established by the United Nations. 

The indictment in this case was confirmed on 21 December 2006.
