On 17 December 2008, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) confirmed the Indictment against Sead Adilović, who is charged with the criminal offence of Counterfeiting of Money.

As alleged in the Indictment the Accused Adilović on 2 December 2008 in one pharmacy tried to pay a product with the counterfeited bank note in the amount of Euro 100.
