It is inter alia alleged in the Indictment that the accused Dragan Rodić, in the period from May 1992 until the end of 1995, together with guards from detention facilities and camps, as well as with the members of Security, Military Police of the 2nd Krajina Corps and their commanders, knowingly participated in a joint criminal enterprise whereby he assisted and supported the implementation of the plan to persecute non-Serb civilians. The accused Dragan Rodić, in the capacity of a Guard and Guard Shift Leader, over a certain period of time, participated in establishing and maintaining the system of punishment and abuse in the “Slavko Rodić” Primary School in Drvar and the “Kamenica” Camp. It is alleged in the Indictment that the accused organized an unlawful detention of civilians and prisoners of war of Bosniak and Croat ethnicity from the territories of Kulen Vakuf, Ključ, Sanski Most, Kupres and other territories of the Autonomous Region of Krajina. The detained civilians and prisoners of war were exposed to daily torture, beatings, killings, inhumane treatment and forced labor.
