A status conference before the Panel of the Appellate Division, Section I for War Crimes of the Court of BIH, in the case v. Gojko Kličković et al. is scheduled to take place on 25 June 2012, starting at 10:00 a.m. in Courtroom 5.

 

The Panel of the Appellate Division of Section I for War Crimes rendered a second- instance Verdict, which was sent out on 11 May 2012, and which partially granted the Appeal by the Prosecutor's Office of BIH, annulled the Verdict of the Court of BIH dated 5 November 2010 in the part related to the Accused Gojko Kličković and Accused Mladen Drljača and ordered a re-trial before the Panel of the Appellate Division in that part. The second-instance Verdict furthermore refused as unfounded the Appeal by the Prosecutor's Office of BIH in the part related to the Accused Jovan Ostojić thus confirming the first-instance Verdict in that regard.
