The status conference in the Jasmin Čoloman case before Section I for War Crimes of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has been scheduled for 5 September 2014, at 9 a.m., Courtroom 7.

 

On 18 July 2014 the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirmed the Indictment charging the accused Jasmin Čoloman with the criminal offense of War Crimes against Civilians.

 

The Indictment, inter alia, alleges that during the armed conflict between the Army of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Croat Defense Council, Jasmin Čoloman, as a member of the Sabotage-Reconnaissance Platoon of the 7^th Muslim Brigade of the R BiH Army, on 24 April 1993, in the village of Počulica, Municipality of Vitez, participated in the killings and violations of bodily integrity of Croat civilians detained in the Youth Center.
