Pronouncement of the Trial Verdict in the case v. Marina Pendeš before the Section II for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina is scheduled to take place on 25 February 2016 at 12:00 hrs in Courtroom 8.

 

The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirmed on 24 August 2015 the Indictment under which the Accused Marina Pendeš is charged with the criminal offense of Lack of Commitment in Office in violation of 224(2) as read with Paragraph (1) and the criminal offense of Forging of Official Document in violation of Article 226(1) of the CC of BIH as read with Article 53 of the CC of BIH.
