Deciding on the Prosecution Motion to order the Accused Mehmed Tutmić into custody, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina rendered on 14 November 2016 the Decision granting the Prosecution Motion, putting out of force the Decision of the Court dated 11 September 2015 and ordering the Accused Mehmed Tutmić into custody. Pursuant to the said Decision, custody may last no longer than two (2) years from the day he was deprived of liberty or until a new decision of the Court. Under the said Decision, the custody is ordered on grounds of Article 132(1)(a) of the CPC of BIH (the risk of flight).

Mehmed Tutmić is charged with the criminal offense of Organizing a Terrorist Group in violation of Article 202d. (2) as read with (1), all in conjunction with the criminal offense of Terrorism in violation of Article 201 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
