The Trial Verdict in the case v. Edin Sakoč  shall be handed down before the Section I for War Crimes of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegvoina on 10 March 2017 at 12.00 in Courtroom 4. 

On 28 April 2016 the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirmed the indictment charging the accused Edin Sakoč that as a co-perpetrator he committed the criminal offense of War Crimes against Civilians under Article 173(1)c) (murder) and e) (rape) and (unlawful detention) as read with Articles 29 and 21, all in conjunction with Article 180(1) of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
