Trial Verdict in the case v. Goran Mrđa et al. before the Section I for War Crimes of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina shall be handed down on Friday, 19 May 2017 at 1.00 p.m. in Courtroom 4.   

On 20 January 2015 the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirmed the indictment charging the accused Goran Mrđa, Milorad Mrđa, Ranko Mrđa and Mile Kokot with the criminal offense of Crimes against Humanity under Article 173 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
