On 6 April 2018 the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina rendered the Decision annulling the Decision dated 25 September 2017 ordering the Suspect Danilo Cicović into custody. At the same time the Suspect Danilo Cicović is ordered into custody which, under the decision, may last no longer than one month as of the day of his deprivation of liberty until 5 May 2018, on grounds prescribed under Article 132 Paragraph 1 sub-paragraph a) of the CPC of BIH.  (existence of circumstances that suggest the risk of flight)

Danilo Cicović is suspected of the criminal offense Organized Crime in violation of Article 250 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina as read with the criminal offense of Smuggling in violation of Article 214 of the CC of BIH and the criminal offense of Aggravated Theft in violation of Article 287 of the CC of FBIH and the criminal offense of Extortion in violation of Article 295 of the CC of FBIH in conjunction with Article 53 of the CC of BIH.
