The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued on 1 July 2010 a Decision ordering Haris Čaušević into custody, and on 2 July 2010 a Decision ordering Naser Palislamović, Emin Osmanagić, Nedžad Keško and Haris Špago into custody. On 15 November 2011, the Court issued a Decision terminating the custody of Accused Haris Špago and Emin Osmanagić and imposing the prohibiting measures.
