On 23 September 2010 the Court of BiH issued a decision ordering the suspects Zijad Turković and Saša Stjepanović into custody. The custody with refference to the accused Saša Stjepanović was terminated by the decision from 15 May 2013 and the prohibitive measures were ordered. On 24 September 2010 the Court issued a decision ordering the suspect Milenko Lakić into custody, while on 25 September 2010 custody was also ordered against Mirza Drinić, but was rescinded on 6 October 2010 and prohibitive measures were ordered instead. On 28 September 2010 the Court ordered Ermin Delić into custody, and on 13 October 2010 released him from custody and ordered prohibitive measures instead. On 21 December 2010 the Court ordered prohibitive measures in relation to Nijaz Zuban and Muamer Zahitović, and then on 17 January 2011 granted bail for Zahitović. On 12 May 2011 a decision was issued ordering the suspect Fadil Aljović into custody. On 28 November 2013, the Court ordere the custody for the accused Saša Stjepanović.
On 21 June 2011, in the Zijad Turković et al. (S1 2 K 006087 11 Ko) case the Court issued a decision on separating the proceeding in relation to the accused Sead Dumanjić; therefore this case from now on shall be processed under the number of Sead Dumanjić (S1 2 K 006135 11 Ko).
