Having completed the evidentiary procedure in the case of Radenko Sukara, on 31 March 2022 the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina delivered a Judgment acquitting the accused Radenko Sukara of the charges that he committed the criminal offense of Fraud in Office under Article 222(1) of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The accused Radenko Sukara is acquitted of the charges that in the period from 26 March 2018 to 31 December 2020, in Bosansko Grahovo, in his capacity as an official person at the Institutions of BiH, performing the duties of commander at the BiH Border Police, in order to unlawfully obtain property gain, he concluded with B.G. a fictitious contract on the lease of an apartment in which he never resided nor had any intention to reside, thus causing damage to the budget of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the amount of 8,871.50 KM which, in accordance with a Decision of the BiH Ministry of Security on the recognition of the right to compensation for accommodation, was paid to him in the monthly amounts of 300.00 KM.
