On 16 January 2017, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirmed the Indictment under which the Accused Senad Džananović, Edin Gadžo and Jasmin Erović are charged with the criminal offense of War Crimes against Civilians.
The Indictment alleges that during the war and armed conflict between the armed forces of the Army of BIH and Army of RS in the period from April to August 1992, in the territory of Alipašino polje, Municipality of Novi Grad, Sarajevo, as members of the Territorial Defense Staff „Stela“ and Special units of the Army of RBIH, all the Accused along with their superior Jusuf Prazina and Samir Kahvedžić, knowingly and willingly participated in a joint criminal enterprise with the aim of incarcerating Serb prisoners who were deprived of liberty in the territory of the city of Sarajevo, and subjugating them to murders, rape, torture, inhumane treatment, forced labor, and various forms of physical and mental abuse.
