In the case of Radenko Sukara (S1 2 K 040112 22 Kž), on 14 July 2022 the Appellate Division Panel of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina delivered and on 22 August 2022 sent out a Decision granting the appeal filed by the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, revoked the Judgment of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina No. S1 2 K 040112 21 K of 31 March 2022, and ordered a trial before the Appellate Division Panel of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Pursuant to Article 284c) of the Criminal Procedure Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Trial Judgment of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina of 31 March 2022 acquitted the accused Radenko Sukara of the charges that he committed the criminal offense of Fraud in Office under Article 221(1) CCBiH, on the grounds that it was not proven that the accused had committed the given criminal offense.
