The Indictment, inter alia, alleges that the accused Luka Dragičević, as Commander of the 2nd Podrinje Light Infantry Brigade – Višegrad; Boban Inđić as Commander of the Intervention Company of the same Brigade; Obrad Poluga, Novak Poluga, Dragan Šekarić, Oliver Krsmanović, Petko Inđić, Radojica Ristić, Vuk Ratković and Mićo Jovičić as members of the Intervention Platoon or members of the 1st Company of 1st Battalion of the 2nd Podrinje Light Infantry Brigade Višegrad, during an armed conflict in Bosnia and Herzegovina that lasted between June 1992 and December 1995, in the territory of the Rudo and Višegrad municipalities, between the Army of Republika Srpska and the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, acted in contravention of the rules of international law, in violation of Article 3(1)a) of the Geneva Convention dated 12 August 1949. According to the Indictment, Luka Dragičević ordered, and the other suspects committed, the action of unlawful detention of non-Serb civilians, as well as inhumane treatment, infliction of great suffering and outrages upon bodily integrity and murder.
