The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina will Tuesday, 27 September 2022, pronounce a trial judgment in the case of Đorđe Ristanić – S1 1 K 019836 15 Kri. Judgment pronouncement has been scheduled for 9:30 a.m. in Courtroom 6.

The Indictment charges the accused Đorđe Ristanić with the criminal offense of Crimes against Humanity under Article 172(1)h) as read with Article 180(1) of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
