On 17 December 2012, the Court rendered the decision in the Rasmin Alajbegović (S1 2 K 011004 12 K) case merging the proceeding in relation to the accused Rasmin Alajbegović with the proceeding in the Fahrudin Čago et al. (S1 2 K 002641 12 K) case.

On 4 September 2012, the Court rendered the decision in the Fahrudin Čago et a. (S1 2 K 002641 12 Ko) case separating the proceeding in relation to the accused Mladen Marković, therefore from now on this case shall be processed under the number of Mladen Marković (S1 2 K 011069 12 Ko).

On 17 December 2012, in the Fahrudin Čago et al. (S1 2 K 002641 12 K) case the Court rendered the decision separating the proceeding in relation to the accused Selma Imamović, Nedžad Galić and the legal entity of “Ama prom” d.o.o. Tuzla, therefore from now on these cases shall be processed under the numbers of Selma Imamović (S1 2 K 012055 12 K) and Nedžad Galić et al. (S1 2 K 012056 12 K).

On 29 January 2013, in the Fahrudin Čago et al. (S1 2 K 002641 12 K) case the Court rendered the decision separating proceeding in relation to the accused Amalija Tomić and the legal entity of “Tim Hans” d.o.o. Tuzla, therefore from now on this case shall be processed under the number of Amalija Tomić et al. (S1 2 K 012327 13 K).

On 5 February 2013, in the Fahrudin Čago et al. (S1 2 K 002641 12 K) the Court rendered the decision separating proceeding in relation to the accused Mirav Dropić and the legal entity of “Fazex” d.o.o. Tuzla and Branko Leko and the legal entity of “ART PROM” d.o.o. Grude; therefore from now on these cases shall be processed under the numbers: Mirav Dropić et  a. (S1 2 K 012366 13 K) and Branko Leko et a. (S1 2 K 012367 13 K).

On 11 February 2013, the Court rendered the decision in the Fahrudin Čago et al. (S1 2 K 002641 12 K) case separating proceeding in relation to the accused Adnan Raščić, legal entity of “A&R Vodenica” d.o.o. Visoko and Alija Raščić, therefore from now on theses cases shall be processed under the numbers of Adnan Raščić et al. (S1 2 K 012435 13 K) (for the accused Adnan Raščić and the legal entity of “A&R Vodenica” d.o.o. Visoko) and Alija Raščić (S1 2 K 012436 13 K) (for the accused Alija Raščić).

On 23 April 2013, in the Fahrudin Čago et al. (S1 2 K 002641 13 K) case, the Court rendered the decision separating the proceeding in relation to the accused Jasmin Mustafić, therefore from now on this case shall be processed under the number of Jasmin Mustafić (S1 2 K 012862 13 K).

On 3 June 2013, in the Fahrudin Čago et al. (S1 2 K 002641 12 K) case, the Court rendered the decision separating the proceeding in relation to the accused Esad Jazvin and the legal entity of “ES Komerc” d.o.o. Mostar; therefore from now on this case shall be processed under the number of Esad Jazvin (S1 2 K 013127 13 K).

On 24 September 2013, the Court rendered the decision in the Fahrudin Čago et al. (S1 2 K 002641 12 K) case separating the proceeding in relation to the accused Nermin Demirović, therefore from now on this case shall be processed under the number of Nermin Demirović (S1 2 K 013905 13 K), while proceeding in relation to other accused shall continue to be processed under the number of Fahrudin Čago et al. (S1 2 K 002641 12 K).

On 17 October 2013, the Court rendered the decision in the Fahrudin Čago et al. (S1 2 K 002641 12 K) case separating the proceeding in relation to the accused  Maja Relja, therefore from now on this case shall be processed under the number of Maja Relja (S1 2 K 014094 13 K).

On 17 October 2013, the Court rendered the decision in the Fahrudin Čago et al. (S1 2 K 002641 12 K) case separating the proceeding in relation to the accused Safet Čolaković and the legal entity of „SAFETY & Co“ d.o.o. Mostar, therefore from now on this case shall be processed under the number of Safet Čolaković et al. (S1 2 K 014092 13 K)

On 17 October 2013, the Court rendered the decision in the Fahrudin Čago et al. (S1 2 K 002641 12 K) case separating the proceeding in relation to the accused Edo Čolaković and the legal entity of „KING BH“ d.o.o. Mostar, therefore from now on this case shall be processed under the number of Edo Čolaković et al. (S1 2 K 014090 13 K).

On 1 November 2013, the Court rendered the decision in the Fahrudin Čago et al. (S1 2 K 002641 12 K) case separating the proceedings in relation to the accused Merima Šabanović, therefore from now on this case shall be processed under the number of Merima Šabanović (S1 2 K 014174 13 K).

On 5 November 2013 the Court rendered the decision in the Fahrudin Čago et al. (S1 2 K 002641 12 K) case separating the proceedings in relation to the accused Mersiha Kvrgić, therefore from now on this case shall be processed under the number of Mersiha Kvrgić (S1 2 K 014199 13 K). The Court rendered the decision on 11 November 2013,  in the Mersiha Kvrgić (S1 2 K 014199 13 K) case, merging the proceedings in relation to the accused Mersiha Kvrgić with the case of Fahrudin Čago et al. (S1 2 K 002641 12 K).

On 18 November 2013, the Court rendered the decision in the Fahrudin Čago et al. (S1 2 K 002641 12 K) case separating the proceedings in relation to the accused Sead Salihbegović and the legal entity of „Gamadeus“ d.o.o. Kalesija, therefore from now on this case shall be processed under the number of Sead Salihbegović et al. (S1 2 K 014296 13 K).
